Article 178 Restriction on institution of proceedings for certain offences
(1)
No proceedings for an offence under this Order to which this Article applies shall be instituted except by or with the consent of the Director of Public Prosecutions for Northern Ireland.
(2)
This Article applies to any offence under—
(a)
Article 21;
(b)
Article 27;
(c)
Article 35(11);
(d)
Article 74; or
(e)
Article 90.
