# The Charities (Northern Ireland) Order 2007, Paragraph 14


In Part VII of Schedule 1 to the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (bodies, etc. which are public authorities for the purposes of the Act) at the appropriate place insert—
“The Charity Commission for Northern Ireland”.
