# The Charities (Northern Ireland) Order 2007, Paragraph 3


The Department may, with the approval of the Department of Finance and Personnel, pay to or in respect of members of the Commission—
(a) remuneration;
(b) allowances and fees; and
(c) sums for the provision of pensions.
