  "text": "(1) In this Schedule references to “reviewable matters” are to—\n(a) decisions on which sub-paragraph (2) applies, and\n(b) orders to which sub-paragraph (3) applies.\n(2) This sub-paragraph applies to decisions of the Commission—\n(a) to institute an inquiry under Article 24 with regard to a particular institution,\n(b) to institute an inquiry under Article 24 with regard to a class of institutions,\n(c) not to make a common investment scheme under Article 45,\n(d) not to make a common deposit scheme under Article 46;\n(e) not to make an order under Article 48 in relation to a charity,\n(f) not to make an order under Article 61 in relation to land held by or in trust for a charity,\n(g) not to make an order under Article 64 in relation to a mortgage of land held by or in trust for a charity.\n(3) This sub-paragraph applies to an order made by the Commission under Article 105(1) in relation to a company which is a charity.",
