  "text": "It is the duty of—\n(a) each member of a CIO, and\n(b) each charity trustee of a CIO,\nto exercise his powers, and (in the case of a charity trustee) to perform his functions, in his capacity as such, in the way he decides, in good faith, would be most likely to further the purposes of the CIO.",
