# The Charities (Northern Ireland) Order 2007, Paragraph 8


In section 43(1) (interpretation), in the definition of “charitable trust”, for “the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 1964” substitute “the Charities (Northern Ireland) Order 2007”.
