# The Charities (Pre-consolidation Amendments) Order 2011, Paragraph 11


(1) In section 18(12) of that Act, for “under this section otherwise than by virtue of subsection (1)” substitute “by virtue of subsection (2), (4) or (5)”.
(2) In section 22(3) of that Act, for “section 18” substitute “section 18(1)(iii)”.
