# The Charities (Pre-consolidation Amendments) Order 2011, Paragraph 23


In section 74B(11) of that Act, for “any reference to any obligation imposed on the charity trustees by or under section 74 includes” substitute “the references in sections 74(8)(b) and 74A(2) to any obligation imposed on the charity trustees by or under section 74 include”.
