# The Charities (Pre-consolidation Amendments) Order 2011, Paragraph 30


In the definition of “financial year” in section 97(1) of that Act, for the words following paragraph (b) substitute “but this is subject to any provision of regulations made by virtue of paragraph 3(5) of Schedule 5A to this Act (financial years of subsidiary undertakings).”.
