# The Charities (Pre-consolidation Amendments) Order 2011, Paragraph 34


For the avoidance of doubt, in Schedule 7 to that Act, the reference to section 10 of the Universities of Durham and Newcastle-upon-Tyne Act 1963 is to be read as being, and as always having been, a reference to section 18 of the 1963 Act.
