  "text": "(1) In the provisions listed in sub-paragraph (2), omit “within the meaning of the Charities Act 1993”.\n(2) The provisions are—\n(a) section 1(3A) of the Leasehold Reform Act 1967;\n(b) section 5(3)(f) of the Rent (Agriculture) Act 1976;\n(c) section 15(2)(b) of the Rent Act 1977;\n(d) Grounds 6 and 14A of Schedule 2 to the Housing Act 1988;\n(e) paragraph 1(4)(a) of Schedule 3A to the Environmental Protection Act 1990;\n(f) section 33M of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992;\n(g) section 5(2) of the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993;\n(h) the definition of “charitable housing trust” in section 158(1) of the Housing Act 1996.",
