# The Charities (Pre-consolidation Amendments) Order 2011, Paragraph 38


In—
(a) section 4A(6) of the Friendly and Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1968, and
(b) section 32A(6) of the Friendly Societies Act 1974,
for “within the meaning of the Charities Act 1993,” substitute “as defined by section 1(1) of the Charities Act 2006,”.
