# The Charities (Pre-consolidation Amendments) Order 2011, Paragraph 43


In—
(a) section 125A of the Education Reform Act 1988, and
(b) section 22A of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992,
omit “within the meaning of the Charities Act 1993” and for “Schedule 2 to that Act” substitute “Schedule 2 to the Charities Act 1993”.
