# The Charities (Pre-consolidation Amendments) Order 2011, Paragraph 44


In—
(a) section 128(5) of the Education Reform Act 1988, and
(b) sections 27(5) and 33N(10) of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992,
for ““charity” and “charitable purposes” have the same meanings” substitute ““charitable purposes” has the same meaning”.
