# The Charities (Pre-consolidation Amendments) Order 2011, Paragraph 47


In section 63(1) of the Companies (Audit, Investigations and Community Enterprise) Act 2004, in the definition of “English charity”, for “within the meaning of the Charities Act 1993 (see section 96 of that Act)” substitute “as defined by section 1(1) of the Charities Act 2006”.
