# The Charities (Pre-consolidation Amendments) Order 2011, Paragraph 48


In—
(a) section 42(1) of the Criminal Justice and Court Services Act 2000, and
(b) paragraphs 4(7) and 8(6) of Schedule 4 to the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006,
for ““charity” and “charity trustee” have the same meanings” substitute ““charity trustee” has the same meaning”.
