  "text": "In addition to the ownership and maintenance of Blackfriars Bridge, Southwark Bridge, Tower Bridge and London Bridge, as provided for in the subsisting trusts, the purposes of the Charity shall include the ownership and maintenance of the pedestrian bridge across the River Thames between Saint Paul’s Cathedral in the City of London and Bankside in the London Borough of Southwark known as the Millennium Bridge.",
