  "text": "Draft Order laid before the Scottish Parliament under section 103(5) of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005, for approval by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.\nCHARITIES\nMade 2008\nComing into force 2008\nThe Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 7(5) of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005 and all other powers enabling them to do so.\nIn accordance with section 103(5) of that Act, a draft of the Order has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.",
