# The Cheshire and Warrington Combined Authority Order 2026, Article 11: Amendment of the Sub-national Transport Body (Transport for the North) Regulations 2018


(1) The Sub-national Transport Body (Transport for the North) Regulations 2018 are amended in accordance with paragraph (2).
(2) In regulation 2(1) (interpretation) in the definition of “constituent authorities”—
(a) for “Cheshire East Council”, substitute “The Cheshire and Warrington Combined Authority”; and
(b) omit “Cheshire West and Chester Council” and “Warrington Borough Council”.
