  "text": "(1) The existing wards of the parish of Winsford are abolished.\n(2) The parish is divided into six wards named respectively—\n(a) Winsford Dene;\n(b) Winsford Gravel;\n(c) Winsford Over;\n(d) Winsford Swanlow;\n(e) Winsford Verdin;\n(f) Winsford Wharton.\n(3) Each ward comprises the area designated on the map by reference to the name of the ward.\n(4) Three councillors are to be elected for each of the following wards:\n(a) Winsford Over;\n(b) Winsford Swanlow;\n(c) Winsford Verdin.\n(5) Two councillors are to be elected for each of the following wards:\n(a) Winsford Dene;\n(b) Winsford Gravel;\n(c) Winsford Wharton.",
