# The Child Benefit Up-rating Order 2007, Article 2: Amendment of the Child Benefit (Rates) Regulations 2006


In regulation 2(1) of the Child Benefit (Rates) Regulations 2006 —
(a) in sub-paragraph (a) for “£17.45” substitute “£18.10”; and
(b) in sub-paragraph (b) for “£11.70” substitute “£12.10”.
