# The Child Benefit Up-rating Order 2008, Article 2: Amendment of the Child Benefit (Rates) Regulations 2006


In regulation 2(1) of the Child Benefit (Rates) Regulations 2006 —
(a) in sub-paragraph (a) for “£18.10” substitute “£18.80”; and
(b) in sub-paragraph (b) for “£12.10” substitute “£12.55”.
