  "long_title": "This Order is made by the Treasury following a review of the general level of prices conducted by them under section 150 of the Social Security Administration Act 1992 (c. 5) in the year ending 5th April 2010. Although the Treasury determined that the general level of prices was not greater at the end of the period under review than it was at the beginning, they have decided to use their discretion afforded by section 23 of the Welfare Reform Act 2009 (c. 24) to increase the weekly rates of child benefit provided for by regulation 2(1)(a) and (b) of the Child Benefit (Rates) Regulations 2006 (S.I. 2006/965) (“the Child Benefit Rates Regulations”) which were last amended by the Child Benefit (Rates) (Amendment) Regulations 2008 (S.I. 2008/3246).",
