A draft of these Regulations was laid before Parliament under section 28(4)(a) of the Child Poverty Act 2010 and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions makes the following Regulations in exercise of the power conferred by section 6(3) of the Child Poverty Act 2010.
