# The Child Poverty Act 2010 (Persistent Poverty Target) Regulations 2014, Regulation 2: Persistent poverty target percentage


For the purposes of section 6(3) of the Child Poverty Act 2010 (which allows the target to be prescribed by regulations) the target percentage is 7%.
