# The Child Support Collection and Enforcement (Deduction Orders) Amendment Regulations 2009, Regulation 1: Commencement, citation and interpretation


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Child Support Collection and Enforcement (Deduction Orders) Amendment Regulations 2009 and shall come into force on 3rd August 2009.
(2) In these Regulations “the Collection and Enforcement Regulations” means the Child Support (Collection and Enforcement) Regulations 1992.
