Regulation 2 Interpretation of this Part
For the purposes of this Part—

“application fee” means the fee payable under regulation 3(1);

“application for child support maintenance” means an application for child support maintenance under section 4(1) (child support maintenance) or 7(1) (right of child in Scotland to apply for assessment) of the 1991 Actf1.
