  "long_title": "These Regulations provide for various procedural matters relating to an application for a maintenance calculation under the Child Support Act 1991 (c. 48) (“the Act”), and make provision in respect of effective dates of calculations and of reduced benefit decisions, consequent upon the introduction of changes to the child support system made by the Child Support, Pensions and Social Security Act 2000 (c. 19). Subject to savings for transitional purposes these Regulations revoke the Child Support (Maintenance Assessment Procedure) Regulations 1992 (1992/1813). These Regulations come into force at different times for different cases according to the dates on which provisions of the Child Support, Pensions and Social Security Act 2000 which are relevant to these Regulations are commenced for different types of cases.",
