# The Child Support (Maintenance Calculation Procedure) Regulations 2000, Regulation 20: Rounding provisions


Where any calculation made under this Part results in a fraction of a penny, that fraction shall be treated as a penny if it exceeds one half and shall otherwise be disregarded.
