  "text": "(1) Where the Secretary of State makes a default maintenance decision under section 12(1) of the 1991 Act (that is where there is insufficient information to make a maintenance calculation) the default rate is set out in paragraph (2).\n(2) The default rate is—\n(a) £39 where there is one qualifying child;\n(b) £51 where there are two qualifying children; or\n(c) £64 where there are three or more qualifying children,\napportioned, where the non-resident parent has more than one qualifying child and in relation to them there is more than one person with care, as provided in paragraph 6(2) of Schedule 1 to the 1991 Act.",
