  "text": "The reduced rate is an amount calculated as follows—\nF+(A×T) where—\nF is the flat rate liability applicable to the non-resident parent under paragraph 4 of Schedule 1 to the Act;\nA is the amount of the non-resident parent’s net weekly income between £100 and £200; and\nT is the percentage determined in accordance with the following Table—\n1 qualifying child of the non-resident parent\n2 qualifying children of the non-resident parent\n3 or more qualifying children of the non-resident parent\nNumber of relevant other children of the non-resident parent\n0\n1\n2\n3 or more\n0\n1\n2\n3 or more\n0\n1\n2\n3 or more\nT (%)\n25\n20.5\n19\n17.5\n35\n29\n27\n25\n45\n37.5\n35\n32.5",
