# The Child Support (Maintenance Calculations and Special Cases) Regulations 2000, Paragraph 10: Income from board or lodging


In a case where a non-resident parent is a self-employed earner who provides board and lodging, his earnings shall include payments received for that provision where those payments are the only or main source of income of that earner.
