# The Child Support (Miscellaneous Amendments) (No. 2) Regulations 1999, Regulation 9: Amendment of regulation 8D


In regulation 8D (miscellaneous provisions in relation to interim maintenance assessments)–
(a) paragraph (3) shall be omitted;
(b) in paragraph (4), for the words “29, 31 to 31C, 32, 33(5) and 55” there shall be substituted the words “32 and 33(5)”;
(c) in paragraph (5)–
(i) the words “and regulation 9(15)” shall be omitted; and
(ii) for the words “a child support officer” there shall be substituted the word “him”;
(d) in paragraph (6)–
(i) the words “Subject to regulation 9(15)” shall be omitted; and
(ii) for the words “a child support officer” there shall be substituted the words “the Secretary of State”;
(e) in paragraph (7), for the words “a child support officer” there shall be substituted the words “the Secretary of State”.
