  "text": "Draft Statutory Instrument laid before Parliament under section 52(2) of the Child Support Act 1991 for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament\nFAMILY LAW\nCHILD SUPPORT\nMade 1999\nComing into force\nRegulations 1—3, 4(1)(3) and (4), 5, 6(1)(2)(b)(3)(4)(5)(e)(f)(g) and (h) (6)(7) and 7 6th April 1999\nRegulations 4(2) and 6(2)(a) (5)(a)(b)(c) and (d) 4th October 1999\nWhereas a draft of this instrument was laid before Parliament in accordance with section 52(2) of the Child Support Act 1991, and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament:\nNow, therefore, the Secretary of State for Social Security, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 14(3), 32(1), (8) and (9), 42(1), 47(1) and (2), 51, 52(4), 54 and 55(1) of, and paragraphs 5(1) and (2) of Schedule 1 to, the Child Support Act 1991, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:",
