# The Child Support (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 1999, Regulation 2: Amendment of the Collection and Enforcement Regulations


(1) The Collection and Enforcement Regulations shall be amended in accordance with the following provisions of this regulation.
(2) In head (b) of sub-paragraph (4) of regulation 8 (interpretation of Part III), following the word “forces” there shall be inserted the words “other than pay or allowances payable by his employer to him as a special member of a reserve force (within the meaning of the Reserve Forces Act 1996)”.
(3) Regulation 25 (offences) shall be amended as follows—
(a) after “orders)—” there shall be inserted “(aa) regulation 14(1);”;
(b) for “(a)” there shall be substituted “(ab)”.
