Regulation 5 Amendment of the Maintenance Assessment Procedure Regulations

In Schedule 1 to The Maintenance Assessment Procedure Regulations (meaning of “child” for the purposes of the Act)^f1, in paragraph 1, sub-paragraph (1)(a) and (3)(a), paragraph 4, sub-paragraph (2)(a), and paragraph 6, for the words “youth training” there shall be substituted the words “work-based training for young people or, in Scotland, Skillseekers training”.
