# The Child Support (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2003, Regulation 10: Amendment of the Variations Regulations


In regulation 7(5)(b) of the Variations Regulations (prescribed circumstances), for the words after “receipt of” to “of that Act)”, there shall be substituted “working tax credit under section 10 of the Tax Credits Act 2002”.
