Regulation 2 Amendment of the Collection and Enforcement Regulations

In regulation 8(4) of the Collection and Enforcement Regulations (interpretation of Part III—deduction from earnings orders)^f1, after sub-paragraph (e), there shall be added—

“(f)

working tax credit payable under section 10 of the Tax Credits Act 2002^f2.”.
