  "heading": "Amendment of the Child Support (Maintenance Calculations and Special Cases) Regulations 2000",
  "text": "(1) The Child Support (Maintenance Calculations and Special Cases) Regulations 2000 shall be amended in accordance with the following paragraphs.\n(2) In regulation 4(1) (flat rate)—\n(a) after sub-paragraphs (d) and (e), omit “and”;\n(b) after sub-paragraph (f), add—\n“; and\n(g) a payment under a scheme mentioned in section 1(2) of the Armed Forces (Pensions and Compensation) Act 2004 (compensation schemes for armed and reserve forces).”.\n(3) In regulation 5 (nil rate)—\n(a) after paragraph (gg), insert “or”;\n(b) after paragraph (h), omit “; or”.\n(4) In regulation 11 (non-resident parent liable to pay maintenance under a maintenance order), in paragraph (1), for the words after “pay maintenance” substitute—\n“for that child—\n(i) under a maintenance order;\n(ii) in accordance with the terms of an order made by a court outside Great Britain; or\n(iii) under the legislation of a jurisdiction outside the United Kingdom,\nthat case shall be treated as a special case for the purpose of the Act.”;\n(5) In paragraph 7(4)(a) of the Schedule (net weekly income) for “equivalent to any personal allowance” substitute “calculated as if it were equivalent to any personal allowance which would be”.",
