A draft of this instrument has been laid before Parliament in accordance with section 28(5) of the Child Trust Funds Act 2004 and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
Accordingly, the Treasury make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 8(1), 9(2), 10 and 28(1) to (3) of the Child Trust Funds Act 2004:
