  "text": "Draft Regulations laid before Parliament under section 70(3) of the Childcare Payments Act 2014, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nChildcare\nPayment Scheme\nMade ***\nComing into force in accordance with regulation 1\nThe Treasury make the following Regulations, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 2(3)(b) to (d), 3(4) and (5), 7(3), 8(2), 9(2) and (3), 10(2), (3) and (4), 14, 32(5), 33(5) and 69(2) and (4) of the Childcare Payments Act 2014.\nIn accordance with section 70(3) of that Act, a draft of this instrument was laid before Parliament and approved by resolution of each House of Parliament.",
