Coming into force in accordance with regulation 1
The Secretary of State for Education makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 12(4)(f) and (h), (5), (6), (7)(f), (8)(e), (10) and (11) and 66(1)(c) of the Children Act 2004f1;
In accordance with section 66(3) of that Act a draft of this instrument was laid before Parliament and approved by resolution of each House of Parliament.
