  "text": "Draft Order laid before the Scottish Parliament under section 99(2) of the Children and Young People (Scotland) Act 2014 for approval by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.\nEducation\nMade 2021\nComing into force 1st August 2021\nThe Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 48(2) of the Children and Young People (Scotland) Act 2014 and all other powers enabling them to do so.\nIn accordance with section 99(2) of that Act, a draft of this Order has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.",
