# The Christmas Bonus (Specified Sum) Order 2008, Article 2: Christmas bonus payment for 2008


For the purposes of subsection (3)(b) of section 148 (entitlement of pensioners to Christmas bonus) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992, the sum specified for the year 2008 is £70.
