Draft Order laid before Parliament under section 176(1)(c) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.

The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 148(3)(b) and 175(3)(b) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992.
A draft of this instrument was laid before and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament in accordance with section 176(1)(c) of that Act.
