Regulation 22 Applications for administrative review
An application for review under regulation 21 must—
be made online, submitted electronically using the relevant pages of www.gov.uk;
be submitted within 28 calendar days of the date of issue of the eligible decision (except where paragraph (5) applies), not including the date of issue;
be accompanied by—
the fee, if any, required to be paid by virtue of regulations made under section 68 of the Immigration Act 2014f1; and
a valid identity document.
An application submitted otherwise than in accordance with this regulation must be rejected as invalid and must not be considered.
An applicant may withdraw an application at any time prior to decision.
An application is deemed to be withdrawn where an applicant submits a further application for a frontier worker permit under regulation 8.
Where the applicant is present in the United Kingdom and is held in immigration detention on the date of the eligible decision the application must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the eligible decision.
