# The Civil Partnership Act 2004 (Consequential Amendments) (Scotland) Order 2005, Article 4: Amendment of the Conveyancing (Scotland) Act 1970


In section 19 (10B)(b)(ii) of the Conveyancing (Scotland) Act 1970–
(a) after “matrimonial” insert “or family”; and
(b) after “spouse” insert “or civil partner”.
