The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 259(1) to (3) of the Civil Partnership Act 2004^f1 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order, a draft of which has in accordance with section 259(8)(b) of that Act been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament:
