# The Civil Proceedings Fees (Amendment) Order 2021, Article 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) This Order may be cited as the Civil Proceedings Fees (Amendment) Order 2021 and comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.
(2) This Order extends to England and Wales.
