  "text": "Draft Regulations laid before Parliament under section 182(3)(aza) of the Education and Inspections Act 2006, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nEducation, England\nMade 2016\nComing into force in accordance with regulation 1\nThe Secretary of State for Education makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 60B(2) and (3) and 181(2)(a) of the Education and Inspections Act 2006 and section 2B(5) of the Academies Act 2010.\nIn accordance with section 182(3)(aza) of the Education and Inspections Act 2006 a draft of this instrument has been laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.",
